This policy explains how orders placed on www.vickitmod.com are prepared and delivered. VickitMod is operated by NEWGLAMOUR CO., LTD.

Where we deliver

We ship from the United Kingdom to many countries and regions worldwide, with the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand as our main service regions. A destination is available only when it can be selected at checkout. We may restrict a destination because of carrier availability, customs requirements, sanctions, delivery risk, or service disruption.

Processing time

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation, address review, and stock checks. Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. A product page or checkout notice will identify any item with a different preparation time.

Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping costs USD 20 per order to an enabled destination. Standard tracked shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is USD 400 or more after discounts. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, gift cards, and other non-merchandise amounts do not count towards the free-shipping threshold.

The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. If checkout later displays a supported local currency, the shipping charge and threshold may be shown as the converted equivalent of their USD source values.

Delivery estimates after dispatch

  • United Kingdom: 5-12 business days.
  • Europe, United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: 7-20 business days.
  • Other enabled international destinations: 10-30 business days.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Customs checks, severe weather, remote-area handling, address errors, and carrier disruption may cause delay.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

Unless checkout expressly confirms that import charges are collected, the recipient may be responsible for import VAT, customs duty, brokerage, and local fees charged by the destination country or carrier.

Address accuracy and tracking

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. If an address appears incomplete, we may contact the customer before dispatch. A tracking reference is provided when the selected service supports tracking.
