Products and fitment

The store sells individual watch parts and styling accessories. A product page should identify the supplied component, price, stock status, images, and available fitment or installation notes. A completed watch is not included unless a product page expressly and lawfully states otherwise. Customers should compare measurements, movement fit, clearances, and tool requirements before ordering.

Prices, delivery, and tax

Prices and the transaction currency are shown on product and checkout pages. Standard tracked shipping is USD 20 per order to an enabled destination and is free from a USD 400 post-discount merchandise subtotal. Shipping, tax, duties, gift cards, and non-merchandise fees do not count towards that threshold. The final delivery charge and any tax collected at checkout are shown before an order is placed.

Order process

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not by itself guarantee acceptance. The order is accepted when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly accept it earlier. We may reject or cancel an order where stock, pricing, fraud review, shipping restrictions, legal compliance, or product information prevents fulfilment; any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Payment

Payment is processed by the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own security checks and terms. We do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers on this website.

Cancellation, returns, and faulty goods

Cancellation and return instructions are set out in the Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or account security, or submit false order or contact information.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory consumer law, we are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect fitment, installation contrary to supplied guidance, incompatible third-party components, or unauthorized modification.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protections or forum rights available to a consumer in their place of residence.
