Tell us if you wish to cancel

For most goods purchased online, a consumer may tell us that they wish to cancel within 14 days after the goods are delivered. Email support@vickitmod.com with the order number and a clear cancellation statement. Contacting us first lets us confirm the correct return route, but it does not remove statutory cancellation rights.

Return deadline and condition

After telling us that you wish to cancel, send the goods back within the following 14 days. Please return all supplied parts, unused and securely packaged. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; we may make a lawful deduction if handling beyond that inspection reduces their value.

Return delivery cost

The customer normally pays the direct return-delivery cost for a change-of-mind cancellation. We pay or reimburse reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied, or where applicable law requires us to do so.

Refund timing and method

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. Where required, the refund includes the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered for the order; additional premium-delivery cost is not refunded.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If an item is faulty, not as described, damaged on arrival, or different from what was ordered, contact support@vickitmod.com with the order number and supporting photos where practical. Statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods are separate from the change-of-mind cancellation process.

Exceptions

Any statutory exception to cancellation will be identified before purchase where it applies. This policy does not create an exception merely because a component is intended for a custom project.
